Data Deletion Instructions

1. If you are a customer of one of our clients

NadaLab provides AI agents to businesses. If you spoke or messaged with an agent, the business you were contacting decides what happens to that conversation — we hold it on their behalf.

The fastest route is to ask that business directly. If you are not sure who they are, or they do not respond, write to us at contact@nadalab.ai with the phone number or account you used and we will identify the business and pass your request on.

2. If you are one of our clients

Write to contact@nadalab.ai from the email address on your account. We will confirm your identity and delete the data we hold for you.

3. What happens next

We aim to acknowledge a request within 5 working days and complete it within 30 days. We will tell you if we need to keep anything to meet a legal obligation, and why. Backups are overwritten on our normal cycle, so deleted data may persist in backups for a short period after your request is completed.
